現在の設定を表示

 show-options -g
 show-options -w

.tmux.confを再読み込み

 unbind r
 bind r source-file ~/.tmux.conf \; display-message "Reload ~/.tmux.conf"
 bind C-r source-file ~/.tmux.conf \; display-message "Reloade ~/.tmux.conf"

上のようにsource-fileをbindしておくと便利。
